  2.      -------------------------------
  3.      This tells Markmail to extract & download messages  based on your
  4.      selected conferences.  When you choose [D]ownload,  Markmail does
  5.      several things.
  6.  
  7. 1) Markmail extracts the messages in each conference you have selected.
  8.     a) If activated, Markmail extracts a list of new files.
  9.     b) If activated, Markmail extracts all new bulletins.
  10.  
  11. 2) Markmail then displays the number of messages, bulletins and files it
  12.    has found and gives you three options.  These are:
  13.      Do you want to Receive this Packet,
  14.      [Y]es, [N]o, [G]oodbye When Done :
  15.           [Y]es - Continues the download
  16.           [N]o  - Aborts the download, pointers remain unchanged.
  17.           [G]   - Continues the download and logs you off when done.

  19. 3) Markmail creates and compresses the packet using the compression
  20.    method you have chosen, or using the default compression method.
  21.  
  22. 4) Markmail then displays the size of the packet, and the estimated 
  23.    download time based on your baudrate.  Markmail then sends the 
  24.    file using the protocol you have chosen.  If no protocol has   
  25.    been chosen, Markmail will ask you for the protocol to use for 
  26.    this transfer.

  28. NOTE: If the estimated time is higher than the amount of time 
  29.       you have allocated, Markmail aborts the download.  If this  
  30.       happens, you may wish to extract fewer messages, or toggle  
  31.       bulletins or files to OFF.
