  68.                 updated to support future changes in BBS's.  MKNet now
  69.                 no longer requires access to the user file to keep
  70.                 lastreads (see *IMPORTANT* note about *RENUMBERING*
  71.                 message bases).  MKNet is also now even faster than
  72.                 before!
