  6. Maximus 2.02 is a maintenance release designed to correct a number
  7. of small problems in Maximus 2.00 and 2.01wb.  This is a full
  8. release, and new users can install Maximus directly from this package.
  9.  
  10. The distribution consists of three separate files:
  11.  
  12. MAX202R.LZH - DOS (real-mode) executables
  13. MAX202P.LZH - OS/2 (protected-mode) executables
  14. MAX202C.LZH - common files and documentation
  15.  
  16. To install Maximus, you need MAX202C.LZH and at least one of
  17. MAX202R.LZH or MAX202P.LZH.  The installation program runs under
  18. both DOS and OS/2, and it will automatically detect your system type
  19. and allow you to install either or both of the DOS and OS/2
  20. executables.
  21.  
  22. If you are a new user, simply run INSTALL to install a copy of Maximus.
  23.  
  24. If you are upgrading from 2.00 or 2.01wb, INSTALL will also automatically
  25. extract all of the files into the right places.  However, you must
  26. re-MAID all of your language files and re-SILT your control files before
  27. you can run Maximus.
