  1.  - NOTICE -
  2.  Due to some corruption, I've lost backups of the documents meant for this
  3.  version (1.41.Rel.3.), hence I *MAY* left some features undocumented, do
  4.  inform me if you found any. Thankyou for your cooperation.

  6.  - BETA TESTERS NOTE -
  7.  From this very release (8.00) and version (1.40) onwards, all KNews marked
  8.  with the keyword "BETA" in the file diz or identifies itself as a
  9.  "Beta Version". ONLY Beta Testers will be able to use it.
  10.  
  11.  BETA versions of KNews are NOT meant to be distributed. For it will NOT work
  12.  with ordinary KNews registered, evaluation or CTN member keys.

  14.  - CTN MEMBER KEYS -
  15.  The 'Free' registration feature for CTN Members will be limited.
  16.  With a CTN Member key, the only features unlocked will be :
  17.   ■ No 5 sec pause
  18.   ■ No 'Unregistered' sign in the output ASC/ANS/AVT file
  19.  
  20.  To obtain a CTN Key, one must :-
  21.   * Be a member of CentralNET (Zone 200)
  22.   * Using KNews activly in his/her board.
  23.   * Be staying in Singapore.

  25.  - Abusing KNews -
  26.   It is known that some boards are editing KNews executable and it's output
  27.   'Unregistered' prompts. If you are one of those, please be reminded that
  28.   registration only costs 5 (FIVE) Singapore Dollars! (It can't even let you
  29.   enjoy one proper R(A) show or a proper fast food meal or pizza..) 
  30.   So please do not insult yourself and others by editing(hacking) KNews.
