  23.      THE IMAIL LICENSE AGREEMENT

  25.         This  software and  anything enclosed  in the original   archive
  26.     are protected  by both  German and  international copyright  law
  27.     and treaty provisions.

  30.             IMAIL is  NOT Public-Domain  or Freeware,  it is released
  31.             as Shareware.  If you intend to use this program after  a
  32.             trial  period  of  THIRTY  (30)  days,  you must register
  33.             your copy of IMAIL or stop using it.

  36.         You are entitled  and encouraged to  give this program  together
  37.     with its original documentation to anybody, if you do not change
  38.     the contents of the archive or the program itself.

  40.     The distribution of modified versions is prohibited.

  42.         IMAIL has no  restricted features, everything  can be used  with
  43.     one exception (via lines). But unregistered users will only  get
  44.     a minimal support by the author and support/registration  sites.

  49.         file.  More specific information  and the  current  registration

  53.         Registered users receive a key file with a unique serial number.

  55.         The key file remains owned by the author Andreas Klein.  It must
  56.     not be hacked, distributed, reengineered or modified in any way.

  58.         It  is  also  forbidden  to  modify,  adapt,  translate, reverse
  59.     engineer, decompile and/or disassemble this software.

  61.         If you violate this agreement, your license expires  immediately
  62.     and legal actions may be started against you.

  64.         IMAIL is in no way a crippled program, nor will it stop  working
  65.     after a  certain amount  of time.  I don't  like this concept in
  66.     ShareWare programs.

  69.     or  implied,  including  but  not  limited  to  fitness  for   a
  70.     particular purpose.
