  28.   Up from IMAIL 1.40G2, IMAIL does no longer check the address in the key.
  29.   To avoid misuse, IMAIL therefore only accepts keys of the new, enhanced
  30.   format (with serial number) which have been issued since December 1992
  31.   (up from IMAIL 1.35).
