  18.           Absolutely flies on my 386/25 with 1 Meg of cache

  20.        o  Changed the way BudMan figures out if the line contains an
  21.           Upload or a Download.  Used to use a search function for
  22.           (U) so the whole line had to be searched after it was read
  23.           from the file.  Now I just check the first 3 characters and
  24.           if they're (U) it moves the whole line into the print buffer.

  28.        o  Added 32K read buffer and a 5K Write buffer so BudMan
  29.           Now isn't has Disk Intensive.  It will not write to disk

  31.           in the read buffer.
