  1. To upgrade form HOTDOG 3.0 to HOTDOG 3.1 simply replace the old
  2. HOTDOG.EXE file with the new one.

  10. The format of the HotDog Configuration file has changed !!  Please make sure 
  11. that you use the latest configuration file with HotDog Version 3.0, or else
  12. you could damage youur Users file.

  14. The new HotDog Configuration file is formatted as follows:

  16.       1) Location and Name of Users File, PCBoard Version #
  17.       2) Location and Name of the UserList Report Output File
  18.       3) Security Levels NOT to Change if <= or >= these Values
  19.       4) Security Levels NOT to Change No Matter What
  20.       5) No. of Top UpLoaders, Security Level to UpDate to,
  21.          Location and Name of Top UpLoaders Report Output File,
  22.          Location and Name of the Top UpLoaders Footer File {Optional}
  23.       6) No. of Top DownLoaders, Security Level to UpDate to,
  24.          Location and Name of Top DownLoaders Report Output File,
  25.          Location and Name of the Top DownLoaders Footer File {Optional}
  26.       7) DownLoad/Upload Ratios, Security levels
