  9.    │ The BBS supports the common file transfer protocols, Z-Modem is the    │ 
  10.    │ easiest one to use, but some modems seem to have slow-down problems    │ 
  11.    │ when using it. If you experience poor transfer rates with Z-Modem, try │ 
  12.    │ changing to Y-Modem G.                                                 │

  14.    │ You can select a default protocol for both uploading and downloading   │ 
  15.    │ if you go to the Change Setup Menu.                                    │

  17.    │ To achieve a Bi-directional file transfer with HS-Link, you first add  │
