  10.   The main problem was leaving EASTtag.
  11.   On some BBS-es it could take up to 50 seconds.
  12.   This was due to a wrong checking routine closing the FILES.RA, the
  13.   routine did it's job twice and took up too much time.

  15.   Download from Taginfo didn't work, even if the color showed otherwise.

  17.   EASTtag didn't aknowledge downloadflags as a restriction on fileareas,
  18.   it just recognized the download-levels, now it also works with the flags.
  19.   The user will be able to list them (if he/she has the apporpriate level and
  20.   flags), but downloading will be impossible and a beep will be the result if
  21.   an attempt is made to tag something from it.

  23.   If you run EASTtag local you hear the Beep's but with a user on-line
  24.   he/she will hear it only.. (a very quiet program)

  133.   There has been some complaints about the absent status-bar, it's BACK!!!
  134.   But there are some changes as within RA itself, one is that only 1 line (25)
