  4. V1.3 - Fixed nice little BUG that caused problems if you used
  5.        DSD-VOTE with X00 fossil driver, or used it on COM ports
  6.        other than COM1, COM2.
  7.      - Added SYSOP special keys, ALT-K, kick user out of door and
  8.        ALT-C, Sysop chat with user.

  10. V1.2 - *** IMPORTANT *** UPDATE12.EXE MUST be run over the old
  11.        question file before you run DSD-VOTE V1.2.
  12.      - DSD-VOTE is now shareware due to the time I have put into
  13.        this 'little' utility!  But it is part of the Utility 1
  14.        pack, which means registering DSD-VOTE will register other
  15.        doors aswell.
  16.      - Increased the length of each response and the number, there
  17.        are now 9, although only 8 can be entered when a user is
  18.        creating a new question.
  19.      - Added Edit Option for sysops that combines the Xtra option.
  20.        Now you can edit existing responses aswell as add new ones
  21.      - Fixed the bug that garbled messages once it got to about
  22.        85-90 messages in the door.

  24. V1.1 - Goto Option Added so you can go directly to a question
  25.      - Sysop Xtra option added to add extra responses to a question
  26.      - Moves onto next question when some-one votes.
  27.      - Had some bugs in reading in the DORINFO if the person had only
  28.        one name or they had 3 names.  FXIED
  29.      - Bug which ment you had to use capitals on the command line is
  30.        now fixed.
  31.      - The Fossil checking routines were also not too good and have been
  32.        cleaned up so they wont hang the computer when you do not have
  33.        a fossil loaded (Oops :)
