  8. If you are using Windows 3.0, 3.1, or Windows for Workgroups 3.11,
  9. MS Video for Windows is required to view the animations in SAM-CD.
  10.  
  11. In order to install MS Video for Windows, please follow these instructions:

  14. 1.     Be sure the SAM-CD CD-ROM is inserted in your CD-ROM drive.
  15.  
  16. 2.     From the FILE menu in Windows Program Manager, choose RUN
  17.  
  18.        In the resulting dialog box, type X:\msvideo\setup.exe,
  19.        where X is the drive letter of your CD-ROM drive.
  20.  
  21. 3.     Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the MSVideo for Windows installation.
  22.  
  23.        Your computer will automatically reboot after MS Video for Windows is installed.

  26. Please note:

  28. This release note is included on your SAM-CD disc as an ASCII text file
  29. named README.TXT.

  31. You may print the contents of this README.TXT file using any text editor
  32. or word processing program.

  34. If you are using the new Windows 95, you do not need
  35. MS Video for Windows, as it is included in Windows 95.
