  145.           the LAST 10 messages.  It extremely useful when trying out a new
  146.           base to download.  If the sysop keeps several hundred messages in
  147.           an area, you may use the L command to eliminate downloading ALL of
  148.           the messages, but just a few to get a taste of the conference.
  149.           NOTE:
  150.           This command *will* update your message pointers for the area. If
  151.           you do *not* wish to update your pointer with the L command, please
  152.           see the 'N' option.
