  11.    o Fixed a late night mite that stopped ArcMail files with sizes
  12.      greater than 0 from being displayed.  They should, in fact, always
  13.      be displayed.  Now fixed <head hung low>.

  21.    o Added the new "Recycle" command (invoked with the "%" key) which
  22.      copies back (or recycles) a bundle from the outbound holding area
  23.      to the inbound files area and changes its filename extension to
  24.      ".PKT" which is standard for inbound file packets.  Having done
  25.      this, you can run your mail processor to extract and toss the
  26.      messages contained within to your net message directory.

  28.      This is handy when you want to re-edit a message that was already
  29.      bundled for delivery.  You will also be asked whether to want to
  30.      M)ove or C)opy the bundle.  The C)opy option will just copy the
  31.      bundle to the inbound area whereas the M)ove option will also
  32.      deletes the original bundle.  Use C)opy if you are not sure because
  33.      you can just as well delete the original bundle with the usual
  34.      outbound E)rase command, if later deemed necessary.

  36.      To use the recycle command, you need to add the "INFILES path"
  37.      command to your configuration file.  Eg, if you receive mailed
  38.      files in C:\NETFILES, then you'd use "INFILES c:\netfiles".
