  62. CUSTOMER'S agent. LEASING COMPANY provides no warranty upon the
  63. goods, and the sole warranty shall be that offered, if any, by
  64. the MANUFACTURERS and sellers of the leased equipment.

  110. withheld. It is not required that CUSTOMER obtain insurance
  111. through LEASING COMPANY; however, CUSTOMER elects to obtain
  112. coverage through the LEASING COMPANY. The premium for the initial

  133. Upon the failure of CUSTOMER to pay any installment due, or to
  134. comply with the provisions of this lease agreement, the LEASING
  135. COMPANY may accelerate the payment of all remaining sums due.
  136. The CUSTOMER shall pay all taxes and levies upon the equipment.

  139. Upon default the LEASING COMPANY may take possession of the
  140. leased items, and may enter the premises of CUSTOMER to do so.

  146. at the conclusion of the term of the lease, provided that all

  149. return the equipment, at its expense, to LEASING COMPANY.
