  4.   First Time:
  5.     If this is your first look at RASIS, run "SETUPSIS", and answer Yes
  6.     when it asks for permission to create a new RASIS.CFG. Then edit the
  7.     default information to setup RASIS for your BBS system.
  8.  
  9.     If this is your first time with RASIS, you need read no further.
  10.

  12.     NO UPGRADE PROGRAM FOR 2.0 to 2.01 - See Next....

  15.     To upgrade from version 2.0 to 2.01, you need only fire up SetupSis,
  16.     Select PATHS, and press ENTER on each field.
  17.  
  18.     The method for handling PathNames has changed in 2.01, and doing this is
  19.     required. If you do NOT, you WILL get errors when the program tries to
  20.     access the required files.

  22.     You HAVE been warned!!

  25.            This version's Setup Program (SETUPSIS) and all future programs,
  26.            does and will include a commandline "command" to dump your
  27.            RASIS.CFG to a textfile. See SETUP.DOC.

  30.     NOTE: With the addition of the internal message editor, there is
  31.            another file to keep track of, SISED.HLP, it is the Help File
  32.            for the internal editor.
  33.            Place it in a directory in your PATH statement.
