- NOTE:
- -----
-
- If you are upgrading from v3.0 or 3.1 of The BBS Database then all you have
- to do is copy over the existing files in your directory! DO NOT copy over
- your bbsdat.cfg file! This way you won't have to enter the information again.
- Don't worry...you bbs.dat file which contains your database of BBS's will NOT
- BE DELETED!
-
- v4.0 New Info:
- This version now will allow the user and Sysop to enter the number of the BBS
- as opposed to the name of the BBS! Some folks expressed concern and a few
- small problems with the old way...so it has been changed. It's now easier
- for all concerned to use!

- v3.1 Bug Fix:
- It seems that QuickBasic does not like it when a user enters information
- that is stored in a .dat file, that includes quotes in it! Go figure...
- Small bug was initially overlooked, of course, until someone tried to use
- quotes. It has now been fixed! ALL other versions....read on:

- If you are upgrading from version 1.0 or version 2.0 of The BBS Database,
- there have been a few changes of note.
-
-
- ****Important*****
-
- The .exe name has changed, the .cfg name has changed and extra features were
- added for security level access and editing/deleting.
-
- You will have to add line 5 to your bbs.cfg file (read the Doc for info on
- this) and the name of the bbs.cfg has been changed to bbsdat.cfg.
