  3. On the left side of the screen you will see
  4. some window fields.  They are: Your Time,
  5. Your Coins, Coin Value, Max Turns, and Your
  6. Turns.
  7.  
  8. YOUR TIME: This is how many minutes you
  9. have on your account.  This does NOT
  10. include the time you've spent actually
  11. playing the game (which is also subtracted
  12. from your time remaining when you leave the
  13. game).

  16. YOUR COINS: This is how many coins you have
  17. remaining.  Each coin has a value indicated
  18. by the Coin Value window field.  This should
  19. also explain the meaning of the COIN VALUE
  20. window field.

  23. MAX TURNS: This is how many turns a player
  24. may take per day.  This is defined by the
  25. BBS Sysop and can be a value from 1 to 1000.

  30. YOUR TURNS: This is your turn count for the
  31. day.  Each time you take a turn, the value
  32. in this field will increase by 1.

  36. Commands:

  38. <H>elp        - This help will be displayed.
  39. <L>ist Log    - Lists a log of the last 15
  40.                 players and how they did.
  41. <P>ull Lever  - Subtracts one coin from
  42.                 your bank and starts play.
  43. <Q>uit Game   - Quits the game.
  44. <R>edraw Scr. - This is in case of line
  45.                 noise.  The screen is
  46.                 cleared and redrawn for you.

  50. Values:
  51. -------------------------------------------
  52. The values that display in a window can be
  53. any one of the following:
  54.  
  55.  CHERRY       ORANGE       PLUM       BELL
  56.  MELON        BAR          SEVEN      SKULL
  57. The possible winning values (combinations)
  58. are displayed on the front of the machine
  59. (where this help file is now being
  60. displayed).  A winning combination must
  61. always start in the leftmost window and
  62. it must be consecutive in all other
  63. windows.
  64. In other words, if you got a PLUM, CHERRY,
  65. CHERRY combination, you would not win
  66. anything because the leftmost window did
  67. not contain a winning value.

  71. For example:
  72. 1 CHERRY: CHERRY must be in the leftmost
  73.           window.
  74. 2 CHERRY: CHERRY must be in the leftmost and
  75.           middle windows.
  76. 3 CHERRY: Obviously, CHERRY must be in all
  77.           windows. (City Slot format only)
  78. The rest of the combinations are obvious and
  79. take up all three windows.  The only
  80. combination that you really want to watch
  81. out for is the 3 SKULL combination.  If you
  82. get this combination you lose all but one of
  83. your coins (this is to give you time to exit
  84. the game and logoff the system properly).
  85. Notes:    If a System Event is pending
  86. within your logon time duration, the System
  87. will still log you off!
