  22. Intro:
  23. ------
  24. For as far as I know there only existed some junk keygens for InterMail,
  25. which didn't work half of time or they just ripped the RegKey from memory
  26. once InterMail was loaded.
  27.  
  28. But now with upcoming v2.50 of InterMail, Further Development, Inc. introduced
  29. a new key system, and therefore I introduced a new key generator!
  30.  
  31. This keymaker has been developed using v2.50.Γ001 of InterMail and it is very
  32. likely that the keys made with it stay valid for some time (a couple of future
  33. releases), since they just implanted this new key system.
  34.  
  35. This also means ofcourse that the keymaker DOESN'T work with versions before
  36. v2.50 because before v2.50.Γ001 the key system was different.

  39. Using the Key Generator:
  40. ------------------------
  41. The Key Generator is very easy to use, it only needs some info from you.
  42. The program asks three questions before it can compute the RegKey: Sysop Name,
  43. Credit Card Number and an InterMail Installation Serial Number.

  45. [Sysop Name] - The name InterMail should be registered to.
  46. [Credit Card Number / Acc.] - Enter your CC number or just slam enter.
  47. [InterMail Install Serial Number] - Serial Number asked by the installation
  48. program and which can be formed using this format: ab-cde-fghijk
  49.  
  50.   Where in:  a      = number in range [6...9]
  51.              b      = letter in range [A...F] (upper case!)
  52.              cde    = number in range [000...999]
  53.              fghijk = number in range [000100...999999]

  55.   Examples:  6A-000-012345      6E-666-666666       7D-987-654321
  56.              8B-789-123456      9A-000-000100       9F-999-999999

  58. I don't think that's too hard... Also, this serial has the same format for many
  59. years now, and the format and also many of the combinations you can form are
  60. *REALLY* widely spread.

  62. When all the information is entered, the program computes your RegKey.
  63. Now run IMCONFIG.EXE, go to the Applications|Registration menu and fill in all
  64. info just as you entered in the Key Generator, and finally fill in the RegKey.
  65. Tadaa! InterMail is registered!
