  1. ANIMATED GREETINGS(R) END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
  2. IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT

  4. LICENSE STATEMENT
  5. In using this software, you agree and understand:
  6. i. that it is licensed for the exclusive use of the
  7. original purchaser for use on one computer only and
  8. that you are free to move this software from one
  9. computer location to another, as long as there is no
  10. possibility of its being used at two locations at one
  11. time;  ii. that this software should be treated like a
  12. book, which cannot be read by two people at two different
  13. locations at the same time;  iii. not to reverse engineer
  14. or decompile the software;  iv. that the greetings
  15. produced by this software are for your own personal
  16. non-commercial use;  v. that you may send these greetings
  17. electronically to friends and family for their personal
  18. non-commercial use;  vi. that you may NOT make the greetings
  19. available to the general public, whether for commercial use
  20. or not, on any media including but not limited to CD-ROM,
  21. diskette, electronic bulletin boards, Web pages, and other
  22. online services;  vii. that these same rules and restrictions
  23. apply to any of the individual components that make up the
  24. greeting.

  26. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
  27. You understand and agree that the software is sold to you
  28. "as is," without any warranty of any kind.  The only exception
  29. is the 90-day warranty extended for replacement of defective
  30. disks.

  32. You agree that this agreement shall be construed, interpreted,
  33. and governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
