Follow it around to the left and if you look up you'll see there's an opening and there's a whole other secret area here. Nobody here to shoot you. There's some ammo, some health, and you're laughing. It's a great one to find. Plus, if you do find this you're in for an extra treat. There's a whole other secret level right there.
