Transcription: Once you take out the enforcers in the last room of level one, all you have to do is run around to the backside of the elevator. If you look up, you'll notice a strange looking light. Shoot it once, and that will activate this little secret here. You can crouch down and grab some health and a grenade, and you're off to finish the level.
