  2. What's new in TextView Version 1.7
  3. =======================================================================
  4. This is the stand alone version of TextView. All drivers and needed
  5. libraries are included in the ZIP file. No extra DLLs are needed.

  7. Added Quake/Quake2 map support for easier editing of the entries. For
  8. example, to add the title or music in your level add these entries
  9. under Worldspawn
  10. "classname" "worldspawn"
  11. "message" "Title of MAP" <--Title to be displayed.
  12. "sounds" "9" <--CD Track to be played.
  13.  
  14. Tested under 486 base machines! Will work for any PC operating 
  15. Windows 3x or higher.

  17. Stricter compiling process (less errors and memory usage).

  19. Added "About TLS" Dialog Box for information on who we are.

  21. Watch for future version of TextView! We will be adding more MAP, WAD
  22. and Text file support! With upcoming Quake 2 level editing support
