The Preview button allows you to view the results of publishing your database using your own local browser. Simply 'Click' the 'View' button on the DataBox main form after you have Published your database.
You will be asked to select your browser application, e.g.
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE
Once identified, DataBox will record this information when you Exit the application, so you will not need to locate the browser the next time. You may also check the box to allow DataBox to use the same Browser next time you click the "Preview" button.
Linking your published database to your existing site.
DataBox' main published page for your database will be named "sfx_index.htm"
You will need to link this to your web site by identifying a link in your main web-site page, e.g.
<A HREF="sfx_index.htm">Click here to view our DataBase.....</A>
