There are up to 20 fields associated with each record. Each field is common across all records in the same database.
Each database can have its own set of labels - or names associated with each field. When a new database is created, the first 6 fields are labelled "Label 1, Label 2,.....Label 6" with the remaining fields named "...."
To modify the labels for the database, simply click the label name and re-key your new label.
Clicking the 'Save' button will save your current settings in your database configuration file ("<dbname>.cfg").
You may also specify a publish font, size, style and colour for the labels by clicking the white coloured box located to the right of label 1. This will present a Font screen where you may specify a font, size, style and colour for your labels.
You may also specify a publish font, size, style and colour for each individual Data field for your database (click the colour box to the right of each database field).
You may also specify a publish font, size, style and colour for the scroll box for each record (click the colour box to the top left of the scroll box).
You may also specify a publish font, size, style and colour for the published table heading and instruction text (click the "Setup" option in the Publish section of the main DataBox screen).
NOTE: The listing of Colour options for Font selection is restricted to Web Safe colours and does not include all possible PC colours. Also note, the size of a selected font is "converted" to a "Web" size measured as + or - a value from a base font size of 0. + values being larger fonts and - values being smaller fonts. So a font size of 8 may be converted to a Publish font size of "-1". This conversion is not an error.
