ocr: As a call comes in, the dispatcher can record the call directly into the Service Call Record. This record is used to record, maintain, and track the service calls. The dispatcher can look uP the caller by name, address, phone, customer number, or contract. If the customer is new, the dispatcher can create a customer record without leaving the service call screen. If the customer is under contract, the dispatcher can simply enter the contract #, and the system will fill in all relevant fields.
