  7.     - this is BladeEnc 0.82 version for Os/2 compiled with emx pgcc compiler
  8.     - it needs emx 0.9d runtime library to work
  9.     - interface is same as with Win32 version except that it ignores ESC 
  10.       key so you can not pause it
  11.     - everything else should work, if not please inform me!
