  15. Data-CD-Creator V0.11
  16. -------------------
  17. It's a frontend for mkisofs and cdrecord/2. It uses a
  18. WPS-folder to put together the files you want to burn.
  19. So it uses all the features of the WPS.

  21. Highlights

  23. -Fully integrated into the WPS
  24. -Shields you from the cmd-line syntax of mkisofs and
  25.  cdrecord/2.
  26. -All settings are specified in the settings notebook
  27. -Singlesession and multisession support. (Must be
  28.  supported by your mkisofs-version).
  29. -All multisession information is one klick away, this
  30.  means no need to launch cdrecord/2 by hand to get
  31.  the sectors of the previous session.

  33. Drop the template of Data-CD-Creator somewhere in
  34. your filesystem to create a project. Beside any filesystem
  35. object you can also put shadows into the project folder
  36. to create a virtual tree of files. When building the image
  37. the linked to files and folders are searched. Only one level
  38. of linkage is supported. That means shadows in
  39. shadow-folders are ignored. 
  40. After creating of the image with mkisofs you can directly
  41. burn the file on CD.

  82. Audio-CD-Creator V0.32

  84. This is frontend for cdrecord/2 the cd-writing program. 
  85. It consists of a new WPS-Folder class so it's full
  86. WPS aware.
  87. After installation you'll find a folder on your desktop
  88. which includes a program object for CDRTools and a
  89. shadow of the Audio-CD-Creator template. This template
  90. is located in the templates folder of your system.

  92. For burning an Audio-CD you have to create an Audio-CD
  93. folder. Just drag the template to the location where you
  94. want to create the folder. Put wave files or shadows of
  95. wave files into the folder and order them, then press
  96. 'Write'. A tracklist window pops up for confirmation then
  97. cdrecord is called with the right flags.

  99. You can put arbitrary objects into the Audio-CD folder, too.
  100. All these objects and files are ignored when calling
  101. cdrecord.
  102. The functionality of CDRTools is included into Audio-CD-
  103. Creator. There is a menu entry for calling the function.
  104. The cdrecord setup and the grabber setup are done in the
  105. settings notebook. See the help for information.

  130. filenames on the command line. Get V1.8a15 or above

  144. -If you don't provide settings on the CDRecord/2 page

  146.  reboot.

  149. Installation
  150. ---------
  151. If you've got Audio-CD-Creator V.02/V0.3/V0.31 installed:
  152.  
  153. Uninstall the version by calling uninstall.cmd. Do
  154. not use uninstall.cmd of V0.32! Restart the WPS.
  155. This is important to unlock aucdfldr.dll, progfldr.dll
  156. and aucdfldr.hlp which will be replaced with new
  157. versions.

  159. Put all the files into a directory of your choice.
  160. Run 'Install.cmd'. That's all.

  162. Deinstallation
  163. -----------
  164. Run 'Uninstall.cmd'. This deregisters the new classes.
  165. After reboot delete the files progfldr.dll (usually in
  166. x:\os2\dll), aucdfldr.hlp (usually in x:\os2\help) and
  167. the Audio-CD-Creator directory.
