  6.   We are proud to bring you this new version of WebUtil. In this new
  7.   version we have not only solved a lot of little bugs, but we have also
  8.   added quite a few new features. On top of that, the Windows 98 version
  9.   of WebUtil is finally ready!

  11.   Please take a look at the UPDATE.LOG and the WHATSNEW.LOG files for a
  12.   complete list of what has changed in this new version.

  14.   Upgrading to this version is easy. Simply copy the new WEBUTIL.EXE
  15.   file over the previous one!
