  1. INSTALLATION                                                   MB 96-04-20

  4. This is a quick and dirty installation guide, which is intended for all
  5. of you who want to read the documentation afterwards.
  6.  
  7. 1) Place
  8.                          
  9.     dll\*.dll     into the LIBPATH
  10.     cfg\*         these are samples only, 
  11.                   you can place them into the CL directory or use your own
  12.     doku\*        somewhere
  13.     CL.HLP        into the HELP path
  14.     CL.EXE        into your CL directory
  15.     
  16.    If you install the DLL's in a new \dll\ directory, don't forget
  17.    to add this directory to the LIBPATH.
  18.    If you copy the help file in a new \help\ directory, don't forget
  19.    to add this directory to the HELP path.

  21. 2) Probably install SNSERVER.DLL and REXX [at least I suppose you
  22.    have OS/2 2.x or Warp installed :-))]
  23.   
  24. 3) RTFM in the doku\ directory! ;-)
  25.    Read README.TXT and HISTORY.TXT, if you're upgrading from previous
  26.    CantaLoup versions.

  28. 4) Edit CL.CFG to suit your needs
  29.  
  30. 5) To install the Request Processor:
  31.     - Put CLFREQ.EXE and FREQPROC.CMD into your CL directory 
  32.     - Edit CLFREQ.CFG and FREQPROC.CMD
  33.     
  34. 6) Start CL task <x> [event] [noforce] [back|icon] [config <file>]
