  40. Purpose
  41. -------
  42. PMMail is a great e-mail program.  One of the shortcomings it has
  43. (along with most other e-mail programs) is the inability to archive
  44. messages.
  45.  
  46. PMMail Archiver is designed to fill this void.  It can archive messages,
  47. reindex the message folders, and sort the address book.
  48.  
  49. This is a command-line driven program.  It was designed this way so that
  50. it could be called from within PMMail as an external hook, usually upon
  51. exiting the program.

  61. There are two copies of the manual included.  A text file version
  62. is in the file called MANUAL.  An HTML version is in the directory
  63. HTML/, starting with the file "manual.htm"

  67. PMMail archiver depends on the available of the InfoZip programs "Zip" and
  68. "UnZip".  These are Freeware, compatible programs with the PKZip series
  69. of programs.  Information on them and links to the executables are
