  4. YOUR INITIAL USE OF THE SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF

  9. This Software is licensed software.  You obtain no rights other than those
  10. granted you under this license.  Title to the Software does not pass to you.

  13. LICENSE
  14. You are granted the right to use this version of the Software if you are
  15. consenting to be bound to this license agreement.

  17. Under this license you may use the Software on any single computer; use the
  18. Software on a second computer so long as only one copy is simultaneously;
  19. copy the Software for backup, provided any copy must contain all of the
  20. original Software's proprietary notices; use the Software on a network,
  21. provided that each person accessing the Software through the network must
  22. have a licensed copy.

  24. Under this license you may not disassemble, decompose, reverse engineer, or
  25. alter this file or any of the other files in the package.  This includes, but
  26. is not limited to modifying any icons, menus, or displays associated with the
  27. Software.  You may not permit other individuals to use the Software except
  28. under the terms listed above.  You may not transfer or communicate your
  29. registration information to other parties.

  32. RIGHT TO USE
  33. The original, unregistered version of this Software is limited to 100 saves.
  34. The users who do not wish to register agree they will not try to use this
  35. product beyond the 100 saves allowed and will, after a one month period of
  36. use, destroy all the files.

  38. The users who want to register will be permitted to use this Software as long
  39. as they agree to all of the terms of the license agreement.

  42. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
  43. JBC accepts no responsibility for damages resulting from the use of this
  44. Software and makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied,
  45. ncluding but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or
  46. fitness for a particular purpose. This Software is provided "AS IS", and
  47. you, its user, assume all risks when using it.

  50. TERMINATION
  51. The license will be canceled if you do not respect the limitations described
  52. herein.  On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and
  53. Documentation.

  56. REDISTRIBUTION
  57. The unregistered version of the Software is provided FOR EVALUATION ONLY and
  58. may not be sold.  This restriction does not apply to connect time charges, or
  59. flat rate connection/download fees for electronic bulletin board services or
  60. Internet dial-in services.  The unregistered version may be freely distributed,
  61. provided that none of the files are altered and all of the files are included
  62. with the distribution; i.e., you may not distribute individual files or a
  63. subset of this complete package.
