  1. QuikLink Software License Agreement

  3. CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.  BY
  4. USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE
  5. BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL
  6. OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

  8. Freeware Edition
  9.  
  10. You may use the Freeware Edition of QuikLink Explorer for as long as
  11. you would like without charge.
  12.  
  13. Registered Standard Editions
  14.  
  15. One registered copy of the QuikLink Explorer Standard Edition may be
  16. used by a single person who personally uses the software on one or
  17. more computers, or used non-simultaneously by multiple users on a
  18. single workstation. Under no circumstance may you distribute the
  19. registration codes aquired upon registering.
  20.  
  21. Unregistered Standard Editions
  22.  
  23. You may use the Standard Edition for 30 days without charge, for the
  24. purpose of trial and evalutation. If you intend to use the software
  25. beyond 30 days, a registration fee is required. See the Order.txt
  26. for more information. Upon confirmation of payment, you will be sent a 
  27. registration code that will disable the time locks.

  29. Registered Gold Editions
  30.  
  31. One registered copy of the QuikLink Explorer Gold Edition may be
  32. used by a single person who personally uses the software on one or
  33. more computers, or used non-simultaneously by multiple users on a

  65. Governing Law
  66.  
  67. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

  69. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to
  70. the Software shall remain with QuikLink Software.  You agree to abide
  71. by the copyright law and all other applicable laws of the United States
  72. including, but not limited to, export control laws.  You acknowledge
  73. that the Software in source code form remains a confidential trade
  74. secret of QuikLink Software and therefore you agree not to modify the
  75. Software or attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse 
  76. engineer the Software, except to the extent applicable laws 
  77. specifically prohibit such restriction.

  79. Disclamer of Warranty

  81. QUIKLINK SOFTWARE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY
  82. OF THIS SOFTWARE OR ABOUT ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION MADE 
  83. ACCESSIBLE BY THE SOFTWARE, FOR ANY PURPOSE.  THE SOFTWARE IS
  84. PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING
  85. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
  86. PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT. QUIKLINK SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
  87. UNDER ANY THEORY OR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY USER OF
  88. THE SOFTWARE.

  90. Distribution

  92. You are free to distribute as many copies of QuikLink Explorer as you
  93. wish, provided that you do not also distribute your registration codes.
  94. You must distribute exact copies of the original program files.
  95.  
  96. You may not charge, or request donations for any such copies for any 
  97. reason or purpose. You are also prohibited from distributing the 
  98. software with any other products (commercial or otherwise) without
  99. prior written permission of QuikLink Software.
