Go-Get-It Version 2.0

1. Installation
---------------

This archive contains a program called SETUP.EXE. Run this program by
double-clicking on its ICON in Windows File Manager or Windows 95 explorer.

First, you are presented with a notice from Home Page Press. This notice
informs you about the current status of Go-Get-It and any special offers that
may be available from Home Page Press. When you are done reading the notice,
click "Continue."

Next, you are prompted to enter the name of the directory where you want
Go-Get-It installed. This is usually C:\GOGETIT, but you can change it to any
directory you like. When you're done, click "Next."

Once you click next, the setup program will begin installing Go-Get-It. You
can tell how the installation is going by looking at the progress bar at the
bottom of your screen.

Once the installation is completed, the setup program prompts you to enter the
name of the Folder/Program group where you want Go-Get-It's icons to be
created. The default is "Go-Get-It", which is usually okay, but you may change
it to anything you like. When you're done, click "Create" and Go-Get-It's
icons will be created. If you don't want to create icons for Go-Get-It, click
"Skip."

Finally, you should see a message telling you that the installation is
complete. Click OK and you can begin using Go-Get-It immediately!

2. Running Go-Get-It for the first time
---------------------------------------

To run Go-Get-It, double click on the "Go-Get-It" icon that the setup program
created. If you're using the trial version of Go-Get-It, a box will pop-up
asking informing you of the number of days left in your trial period. The
trial version of Go-Get-It will only work for 15 days after you first install
the software. If you see this message, click "OK" and you can begin using
Go-Get-It. Registered owners of Go-Get-It can begin using it immediately
without that annoying message.

3. Unlocking the trial version of the software
----------------------------------------------

If you're a registered owner of Go-Get-It, you should have received a
registration key from us by e-mail. To register the software (and eliminate
the messages in the trial version), click on the "Register" button when the
"You have X days remaining in your trial period..." screen appears. Enter your
registration code and click OK. Now you're registered!

4. Getting technical support
----------------------------

We've worked very hard to make sure that Go-Get-It runs as trouble-free as
possible. However, sometimes problems are inevitable and the help file (you
DID read the help file, didn't you?) is not sufficient to answer your
questions.

In these cases, send an e-mail message to [e-mail]. Home Page Press
*only* provides e-mail support. We cannot answer phone or fax questions.

In your e-mail, please describe, as fully as possible, *exactly* what caused
the problem. Provide URLs, if necessary.

Once you send a support request, you should receive a response within 48 hours
(and usually a lot sooner).

5. Ordering information
-----------------------

So, you like the product, huh? You like it so much you wanna keep on using it
and make sure that the product's authors and their 17 starving children get to
eat, right?

Go-Get-It costs $US39.95 plus your State sales tax.

For Go-Get-It snail mailed to you on disk, add $7.55, total = $47.50 plus your
State sales tax.

After your payment has been verified, you will be emailed your personal
software KEY to permanently unlock your copy of Go-Get-It. Providing your
correct email address is CRITICAL.

ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
(the "LICENSE"), WHICH INCLUDES THE DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. THIS SOFTWARE
IS PROVIDED ON THE CONDITION THAT YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
THIS LICENSE. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL PREVAIL NOTWITHSTANDING ANY
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON ANY OTHER ORDER OR DOCUMENT SUBMITTED BY OR

HOME PAGE PRESS, INC. LICENSE AGREEMENT

HOME PAGE PRESS agrees to grant to you and you accept a non-exclusive,
nontransferable license to use the Software contained herein  (the
Licensed  Software) and related documentation under the following terms
and conditions :

1.  LICENSE. HOME PAGE PRESS, INC. authorizes you to use and display the
Licensed Software on the number of central processing units for which a
license fee has been paid. You may physically transfer the Licensed
Software from one CPU to another, provided that the Licensed Software is
available for use on only one CPU at a time. You may install the Licensed
Software on a network server which allows simultaneous use by multiple
users, but a license fee must have been paid for each and every CPU which
will use the Licensed Software. With respect to each of the above
permitted uses, the LICENSE is granted only to the extent a license fee
has been paid for each CPU on which the Licensed Software is or will be
used at any time, regardless of whether the use is or is not concurrent or
simultaneous with other users. You may not sub-license, rent, distribute,
lease or otherwise assign your rights in the Licensed Software. The
license is not a sale of the Licensed Software and HOME PAGE PRESS, INC.
retains full title to the software recorded on the media contained in the
Licensed Software. HOME PAGE PRESS, INC. reserves all rights not expressly
granted to you in this LICENSE.

2.  TERMS. This License is effective from the date you open this package
or use the Licensed Software, and shall remain in effect until terminated.
You may terminate this License by destroying all complete and partial
copies of the Licensed Software in your possession. The License shall
terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any of its terms, in
which case you will certify to in writing that, to the best of your
knowledge, the original and all copies or partial copies of the Licensed
Software have been destroyed or returned to HOME PAGE PRESS, INC..

3.  RIGHTS IN LICENSED SOFTWARE. You acknowledge that the Licensed
Software and any copies of it, regardless of the form or media in which
the original or copies may exist, are the sole and exclusive property of
HOME PAGE PRESS, INC., and you further acknowledge that the Licensed
Software, including the code, logic and structure, constitute valuable
trade secret rights that belong to HOME PAGE PRESS, INC.. You agree to
secure and protect the Licensed Software consistent with the maintenance
of HOME PAGE PRESS, INC. rights in it, as set forth in this License. By
accepting this License, you do not become the owner of the Licensed
Software; HOME PAGE PRESS, INC. retains full title to the software
recorded on the media contained in the Licensed Software.

4.  COPIES AND OTHER RESTRICTIONS. The Licensed Software is copyrighted
under the laws of the United States and international treaty provisions.
Notwithstanding the copyright, the Licensed Software contains trade
secrets and confidential information of HOME PAGE PRESS, INC.. You agree
not to disclose or otherwise make available any part of the Licensed
Software to any third party except as permitted as part of an Application.
You may make copies in machine-readable form of the computer program which
is part of the Licensed Software, provided that the copies are used only
for back-up or archival purposes, that no more than two complete or
partial copies exist at any time, and that the copies contain the original
copyright notice. You also agree not to make any copies of the
documentation which is part of the Licensed Software.

5.  WARRANTY. The Licensed Software is warranted for a period of one year
to substantially conform to HOME PAGE PRESS, INC.'S Software Product
Description applicable at the time of order. HOME PAGE PRESS, INC.'S sole
obligation shall be to remedy any non-conformance of the software within a
reasonable time after Buyer notifies HOME PAGE PRESS, INC. in writing of
any defect. This warranty does not cover any modifications to the Software
made by any person other than HOME PAGE PRESS, INC., or any defects caused
by or otherwise related to such modifications. FURTHER HOME PAGE PRESS,
INC. DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING
THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE, OF THE LICENSED SOFTWARE OR ITS
DOCUMENTATION IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENCY OR
OTHERWISE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE
SOFTWARE IS ASSUMED BY YOU. THE ABOVE ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND;
NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY HOME PAGE PRESS, INC. OR
ITS EMPLOYEES SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF
THIS WARRANTY, AND YOU MAY NOT RELY ON ANY SUCH INFORMATION OR ADVICE.

Any INSTALLATION by HOME PAGE PRESS, INC. of the Licensed Software is the
sole responsibility of the end user, unless installation is provided by
HOME PAGE PRESS, INC. or HOME PAGE PRESS, INC.'S authorized agent under
the terms of a separate  agreement  with HOME PAGE PRESS, INC. or that
agent. HOME PAGE PRESS, INC.  does not accept responsibility to install
the Licensed Software. Should HOME PAGE PRESS, INC., or it's authorized
agent, at its option, install the Licensed Software, HOME PAGE PRESS, INC.
shall have no liability for any damage which may result.

6.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. You assume full and sole responsibility for
any use you make of the Licensed Software, and you bear the entire risk of
any error in its functioning. You agree that regardless of any cause of
any error or the form of any claim, YOUR SOLE REMEDY AND HOME PAGE PRESS,
INC.'S SOLE OBLIGATION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THIS AGREEMENT, AND IN NO
EVENT SHALL HOME PAGE PRESS, INC.'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID
FOR THE LICENSED SOFTWARE ALLEGED TO HAVE GIVEN RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
HOME PAGE PRESS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF
BUSINESS PROFIT, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND
THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE LICENSED
SOFTWARE, EVEN IF HOME PAGE PRESS, INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE
EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL
DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. In no event shall HOME
PAGE PRESS, INC. be liable to the end user or any other entity for any
special, consequential or other damages, however caused, whether for
breach of contract, negligence or otherwise, and whether or not HOME PAGE
PRESS, INC. has been advised of the possibility of such damage. This
limitation of HOME PAGE PRESS, INC.'S liability will apply regardless of
the form of action, whether in contract or tort including negligence. Any
action against HOME PAGE PRESS, INC. must be brought within eighteen (18)
months after the cause of action accrues.

7. REGISTRATION. HOME PAGE PRESS, INC. is not obliged to fulfill any
obligations to the end user under this Software License (including
technical support) if the Software License has not been registered by the
end users with HOME PAGE PRESS, INC. within 45 days of purchase. This
registration will be deemed to have been completed when HOME PAGE PRESS,
INC. is in receipt of the accurately completed registration card supplied
in this sealed media package or in receipt of information transmitted
using the software's "online registration."

8.  U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Licensed Software is provided
with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication or disclosure by the Government
is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(2) of the
Commercial Computer Software--Restricted Rights Clause at FAR 52.227-19
and in subparagraph (c) (1) (ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and
Computer Software clause at DFAR 252.227-7013. Contractor/manufacture is
Home Page Press, Inc. 3706 North Ocean Blvd, Ste 430, Ft Lauderdale,
Florida 33308.

9.  GENERAL. No waiver of any provision of this contract shall be
effective unless made in writing.  Failure by either party to enforce any
contract term shall not be deemed to be a waiver of future enforcement of
that or any other term. The provisions of this contract are severable and
if any one or more such provisions are judicially determined to be illegal
or otherwise unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions
or portions shall nevertheless be binding on and enforceable by and
between the parties hereto. If any item of this License shall be found
invalid, the terms shall be modified or omitted to the extent necessary,
and the remainder of the license shall continue in full effect. The
prevailing party in any legal action brought by one party against the
other shall be entitled, in addition to any other rights and remedies it
may have, to reimbursement for its expenses incurred thereby, including
court costs and reasonable attorney's fees.

Nonperformance of either party, except the making of payments hereunder,
is excused to the extent that performance is rendered impossible by
strike, fire, flood, governmental acts or orders or restrictions, failure
of suppliers, or any other reason where failure to perform is beyond the
control and not caused by the negligence of the non-performing party. This
License, including the Disclaimer of Warranty and Limited Warranty, merges
all prior written and oral communications regarding the Licensed Software
and sets forth the entire agreement between you and HOME PAGE PRESS, INC.
with respect to the Licensed Software.  This License shall be construed in
accordance with the laws of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA in accordance
with the internal laws of Florida and all disputes shall have exclusive
venue in the federal and state courts in Broward County, Florida.
