  15. The manual exists in both the normal, printable ASCII version and the
  16. browsable HTML version. To prevent putting duplicate information in
  17. the distribution archive, an program and one binary file were created
  18. instead. By running the program you can create either manual from the
  19. binary file.

  21. Run manual.exe and you will be asked whether you would like the ASCII
  22. and/or HTML version. Answer with Yes to both questions and you will
  23. end up with with the ASCII version in WTRGATE.TXT and the HTML
  24. version in the sub-directory WG_HTML under the directory where you
  25. started manual.exe.
