  3. LFNbat restores all of your Windows 95 long
  4. filenames and directory names after you have 
  5. manipulated your files using old software. 
  6. It creates a batch file to effect the 
  7. renaming, so it is totally portable, and can
  8. be used on machines that don't have a copy 
  9. of LFNbat. It doesn't use direct disk access
  10. so it is much safer than other methods, and
  11. is FAT32 compatable. It is very useful if 
  12. you use old file-transfer, compression, file 
  13. management or tape backup software to 
  14. manipulate files. Output can be redirected 
  15. to a file or printer. DOS 3.0+, 100k memory, 
  16. 22k disk.
