  25. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  27.    Orders typically require 2 - 3 business days processing time before
  28.    shipment, and may take more or less depending on our order backlog.
  29.    All shipping and delivery times may vary during peak upgrade periods.

  31.    Rates for shipments outside the U.S. are based on total weight, as
  32.    shown in the table below.  The numbers in parentheses show the typical
  33.    time from shipment to delivery, in days.  Please contact us for orders
  34.    over 10 pounds.

  52.    * For Standard shipping on pacakages weighing 4 pounds or less we
  53.    ship via Air Mail (to Canada) or TNT Mailfast (to all other
  54.    countries).  These methods are not traceable, are available only for
  55.    small orders, and can NOT be used to ship non-JP Software products
  56.    (Partition Magic, Boxer, REXX, etc.).

  58.    For Standard shipping on packages over 4 pounds we use UPS Ground (to
  59.    Canada) or TNT Premium Parcel service (to all other countries).

  61.    Express shipments are sent via FedEx or UPS to most countries, and via
  62.    Express Mail or another similar service to locations where FedEx and
  63.    UPS rates are unusually high.

  65.    If you receive international shipments via a freight forwarder in the
  66.    U.S. please include both your address and the U.S. shipping address,
  67.    and use the U.S. rate chart on the order form.

  72.    If you are ordering from outside the U.S. please check the list of
  73.    international dealers below.  Purchasing through these dealers can
  74.    save you the delay and inconvenience involved in dealing with
  75.    currency conversions and international shipping, and provide you with
  76.    a local source for support and service.
