  6.  1.  Fixed a bug in the HQ when choosing an AOM.  This had to do with
  7.      choosing Info on another Cop and when entering the Hot Item menu.
  8.      Thank you Weyland Richards.
  9.  2.  Fixed a bug when in the Court House and changing names.  If you
  10.      chose a name that already existed and then exited out of the option,
  11.      you would take on the stats of the person you entered.  Those stats
  12.      would stay in the roster and your character would be reset.

  14.  3.  Added coding for Roadside UniSex Bathroom (R.U.B.).  When an MW
  15.      is caught, using versions previous to v2.54, the Most Wanted
  16.      data in the HQ will not show until the user logs off or when
  17.      some other option is chosen that updates the MW.  v2.54 correctly
  18.      updates the information when exiting the AOM.
  19.  4.  2 AOMs released.  R.U.B. and The Health Club (THC).
  20.      R.U.B. was totally conceived by a faithful and ardent supporter
  21.      of Top Cop!, Patrick McConville.  Many thanks Patrick.
  22.  5.  Changed Defalut Most Wanted Arrests to 3 from 5.  This will affect
  23.      mainly the Unregistered version.  If you have a registered version
  24.      and desire 5 as the limit, you will need to change to 5.
  25.  6.  Added an IRS Tax Man who will appear every 7 days of play and will
  26.      take a Default of 25% of taxes on Wages, Lotto Winnings, Sales of
  27.      Equipment in the Pawn Shop and Interest gained in the Bank.
  28.      Garnishee on Wages if the user does not have enough money.
  29.  7.  Reworked the Most Wanted to ensure catching of the last MW.
  30.  8.  Fixed a bug in the Inn.  Eating was always giving a positive
  31.      consequence.  Now positive and negative.
  32.  9.  Increased price of Airline Tickets...Inflation.
  33. 10.  Decreased Bank Interest Rate.  REGISTERED OWNERS check the setting.
  34. 11.  Fixed a bug in Equipment where once you sold your gear and had the
  35.      T-shirt on and attempted to buy gear that was not authorized, it
  36.      would give you a Shirt instead of your T-Shirt.  FIXED!

  41.  1.  Still had a problem with making Chief.  Found a bug just after
  42.      release of v2.52.  NOW IT IS FIXED!!!  You may still encounter
  43.      problems if you have a user who has made Chief prior to this version.
  44.      When v2.52 was run, it deleted the TOPSCORE.DAT AND TOPSCORE.ASC
  45.      files and started anew.  This wiped out the Chiefs at that point.
  46.      Weyland Richards states that he installed v2.52 and found that
  47.      the user who made Chief was deleted.  He copied over the TOPSCORE.DAT
  48.      file from the previous version and that the name showed up and is now
  49.      working.  I cannot confirm this, but Weyland is very active with TC!
  50.      and has been a tremendous help.
  51.  2.  Finally fixed Liposuction.  Thank you Sharon McCormick.
  52.  3.  Fixed Alley command line bug when choosing International Airport
  53.      as the AOM Menu. (Just moved the menu over 1 space)
  54.  4.  Reduced Alley memory.
  55.  5.  Fixed some bugs in AOM menu selection.  [Q] fixed on key selection.
  56.  6.  Added coding for The Health Club AOM.  (functional only when THC
  57.      is released - helps in the Bar Brawl)
  58.  7.  The BARCHAT.DAT file was being overwritten on all upgrades.  If there
  59.      were conversations, they would be deleted.  Now, TCC.EXE checks for
  60.      the existance of BARCHAT.DAT and if it exists, it is not overwritten.
  61.      If BARCHAT.DAT does not exist, as in new installations, then a file
  62.      called BCHAT.DAT is renamed to BARCHAT.DAT.

  68.  1.  Fixed a bug in setup when using the Status ON/OFF option.
  69.      When OFF was chosen, it bombed out of the editor.

  71.  2.  Fixed the elusive bug when winning the game.  It wasn't recording
  72.      the player and was sometimes not resetting the player.

  88.      hundreds of health.  Now sysop configurable.
  89.  4.  Restricted gear purchases by rank.  Even if you have the money, you
  90.      may only purchase gear 1 rating above your rank.
  91.  5.  Restrictions in use of Vitamins, First Aid Kit, and Twinkie
  92.      when over 99% health added.  Events occur when exceeding health limit.

  94.  6.  Reduced memory requirements.  TC! now requires 281K to run.
  95.      The memory requirements prior to this was preventing AOMs from

  98.  8.  Fixed TC! to recognize AOMs health of 1%.  (Sends user to hospital)

  108. 13.  Bug with AOMs creating a user called SYSOP in record #255 which was
  109.      really record #0.  This would overwrite whoever was in record #0.
  110.      The problem was in the AOMs.  This occurred when using the Test AOM
  111.      feature.  All AOMs have been updated with this fix and are labled
  112.      v2.5 or above.
  113. 14.  Added Lipsuction option in the Clinic.
  114.      Note: Any AOM that used the 'L' key in the Clinic to access an AOM
  115.            will automatically be changed to the 'K' key.
  116. 15.  Updates to the TCMAINT.DAT and AOMTEST.DAT files will be automtic
  117.      when TCC is run.
  118. 16.  Added a version number to the data files.  This will allow automatic
  119.      detection of versions being updated.  This makes it easier on you
  120.      (and me) to complete upgrades automatically.
  121. 17.  Released Gone Fishin' and The Police Academy AOMs.
  122. 18.  Fixed a bug in ATM Illegal Access.  There was a way to withdraw
  123.      more money than was in a bank account.  FIXED!

  125. 19.  Editor Page 2 option - Reset Negatives.  This allows the sysop to
  126.      reset various variables to 0 if they have somehow become negative.

  189.  4.  Added Add-On Module Feature (AOM)  Totally AWESOME!
