  14.     <b>Annual Support Service Fee is US$295.00, plus 14% tax per server.</b>

  16.     Support incidents are charged at a minimum of US$50-00 per incident,
  17.     provided you have subscribed to the annual support service fee
  18.     in advance.

  20.     Support includes advice on setting up and running of the server software
  21.     and advice on the application of the server.
  22.     <p>
  23.     Support does not include application programming or consultancy services,
  24.     which is charged for separately at US$100-00, plus 14% tax per hour or
  25.     part thereof.

  27.     Free support is available through the mail list user group
  28.     "powerweb@compusource.co.za", where a community of experienced PowerWeb
  29.     users    help each other with PowerWeb-related questions.

  34.     <b>Upgrades:</b>

  36.     If you are an existing PowerWeb registered customer, you are
  37.     entitled to a special upgrade price of US$200-00 when purchasing
  38.     PowerWeb Secure Server++.

  40.     To be entitled to this special price, you MUST register again
  41.     and select "Upgrade" when asked for your "License Type".

  48.     If you are an existing PowerWeb registered customer and you wish
  49.     to purchase PowerWeb for another operating system platform, there
  50.     is a US$50-00 discount, unless you already qualify for another
  51.     type of discount.

  53.     For example, if you have purchased PowerWeb for OS/2, you can
  54.     cross-grade to PowerWeb for NT at a price of US$245-00.
  55.     <p>
  56.     To be entitled to this special price, you must register your
  57.     copy running on the new operating system,
  58.     by selecting "Cross-grade" when asked for your "License Type".

  68.     you only use PowerWeb Server++ for your non-income-generating activities.

  78. Existing User Groups for platforms supported by the PowerWeb Server++ may 
  79. apply for a licensed copy of the software at no charge, providing they agree
  80. to the following terms and conditions in addition to the PowerWeb Server++
  81. License Agreement:

  84. <li>Run the PowerWeb Server++ software servers for their User Group 
  85. purposes ONLY, wherever possible, on a continuous basis,
  86.  
  87. <li>Be an archive distribution site for PowerWeb Server++ products 
  88. which is open to the general public on the Internet,
  89.  
  90. <li>Display the CompuSource PowerWeb Server++ advertising banner at
  91. the bottom of their pages,
  92.  
  93. <li>Accept updates and act as a distribution site as prescribed by CompuSource 
  94. on a continuing basis,
  95.  
  96. <li>You may only use PowerWeb Server++ for your non-income-generating activities 
  97. specific to the purposes of running an existing user group,
  98.  
  99. <li>The operating system vendor must endorse the user group as an official
  100. user group before it is considered to be applicable for this offer,
  101.  
  102. <li>All costs, of running the Web site must be paid by the User Group,
  103.  
  104. <li>CompuSource may rescind the rights granted under this license, 
  105. if any of the terms or conditions are not fulfilled, without the User Group
  106. having recourse to legal action.
