- EHTML is a 32 bit OS/2 Presentation Manager application. It is designed to aid
- in the creation and maintenance of web pages that are accessed on the Internet
- by programs like the OS/2 Web Explorer.

- ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 2. Tool Bar ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ

- Tool Bar

- Open Filedialog and display "*.HTM*" files. The selected file will be displayed
- according to the checked state of the "New View" menu item under the "Options"
- heading.

- Save file to disk. This saves only the file listed in the main program window.
- A seperate save heading exists in each "New View" to save the file indicated by
- that windows heading.

- New. Creates a new untitled file in the main program window.

- Cut. Cut highlighted text in the main program window to the OS/2 clipboard.

- Copy. Copy highlighted text in the main program window to the OS/2 clipboard.

- Paste. Paste from the OS/2 clipboard to the main program window.

- User Lists. The 3 "User Lists" are used to keep project URL lists, unique or
- new HTML tags and other commonly used and accessed data as you build your web
- pages. The entries are saved to disk and loaded at startup. To add items to the
- list: edit, cut and/or paste from the OS/2 clipboard, then select "Update". A
- descriptive comment can be added after the data by prefixing the comment with a
- "!" symbol. eg. <FORM> ! this is a comment . Only <FORM> will be entered as
- data when selected. To use a listed item: place the cursor at the entry point
- for the data, then select the text from the dropdown listbox. You can import
- new HTML tag references from seperate text files as the HTML tag language
- changes and evolves.

- Scratch Pad. This is an internal viewable clipboard to keep and edit temporary
- data. If a Scratch Pad is active it will be displayed, otherwise a new Scratch
- Pad will be created.

- Cascade. All "New Views" will be cascaded and become visible.

- Show All "New Views" will become visible in there present location.

- Hide. All "New Views" will be hidden.

- Options:

- Hold Recall List: When checked, the "Recall" list will remain static.

- New View: When checked, new files opened and files selected from the
- "Recall" list will be displayed in a seperate new window.

- Tool Bar: Toggles to view or hide the Tool Bar.

- Status Bar: Toggles to view or hide the Status Bar.
-
- 2 User Lists: Toggles to view 2 or 3 User Lists.

- Word Wrap: A check mark indicates that Word Wrap is on or off.

- Open Views: All "New Views" can be cascaded, set visible or hidden.

- Scratch Pad: This is an internal viewable clipboard to keep and edit
- temporary data. If a Scratch Pad is active it will be displayed,
- otherwise a new Scratch Pad will be created.

- Recall:

- A history list of project file names and locations are stored here for quick
- access. Files opened and files selected from this list are updated according to
- the checked state of the "Hold Recall List" and the "New Views" menu items
- under the "Options" heading. Files are rotated to the top of the list.

- All "New Views" hidden or visible are listed and can be individually selected.

- Popup Menu

- The main program window and the "New Views" windows have popup menus.
- Standard HTML tags are located as a menu selection on the main window's popup
- only. Highlighted text is inserted in the appropriate position according to the
- HTML tag selected.
