  4.                            I N S T A L L A T I O N

  6.                                     UNZIP
  7.

  9.     Unzip the InJoy1_0.zip directly to the directory in which you want
  10.     InJoy to be run in the future.
  11.  
  12.     Important: InJoy1_0.zip contains sub-directories, so you MUST use
  13.     either the Infozip unzip utility. Or, if you use PKunzip you must 
  14.     use the -d option.

  18.     After having unzipped the distribution archive, please run INSTALL.CMD 
  19.     which will create a folder with objects for all the important InJoy
  20.     files.

  23.                            BACKWARDS COMPATIBILITY
  24.  
  25.     InJoy allows updating on top of old InJoy version, but when
  26.     installing on top of unofficial beta's you should be careful.
  27.     Please backup your current InJoy installation before installing 
  28.     the new version if installing on top of an old version.

  34.     Never before has InJoy been extended as much as with this 1.0 release.
  35.     The beta period has been extensive, but some of the functionality is
  36.     brand new. In fact, SLIP support, Dial On Demand, IP Masquerading and 
  37.     the new graphical ticker should still be considered in beta . . . 
  38.     its getting there, but just does not meet my standards, yet.

  40.     * Not giving full path in the module autostarting might give traps.
  41.  
  42.     * Sizing the ticker at start up can produce traps (might be system
  43.       dependant and/or related to the video-drivers in use).
  44.  
  45.     * VCR controls in various ticker schemes are not yet put into operation.
  46.  
  47.     * IP Masquerading (expect a release addressing these problems soon)
  48.  
  49.       - Needs a finishing touch on the IRC DCC part
  50.       - Needs to be fine-tuned in combination with Dial On Demand.
  51.       - May report "IP address table exhausted". Not really a bug, but ghost
  52.         packets are filling up the table (mechanism needed).
  53.       - FTP may report "illegal port". This is a known bug and the only
  54.         way to avoid it is to ftp from the InJoy PC.

  56.     * SLIP support should still be considered beta (please send reports)

  62.     you might see references to other web/e-mail addresses.

  65.     site might not give you satisfactory service during its current phase
