  38.  InJoy License Agreement

  41. By using the accompanying software, you consent to be bound by and become
  42. a party to the licensing agreement specified below. If you do not agree
  43. with ALL of the terms in the license, please delete the distribution
  44. from your computer storage.

  46. This license allows you to use the contents of this InJoy archive for
  47. a period of not more than thirty days. Such use shall be limited to
  48. the purpose of testing to determine if InJoy meets your needs. After the
  49. thirty day testing period you must register InJoy in accordance with
  50. REGISTER.TXT to continue its use. If InJoy does not fit your needs I
  51. thank you for trying it, and ask that you remove the executables from
  52. your computer.

  54. You are allowed to retain the original archive (in its packed state) for
  55. the purpose of distribution to others. Subsequent use of InJoy shall be
  56. allowable only to determine the suitability of a later numbered version to
  57. meet your needs. Such testing of newer versions is encouraged, but shall
  58. not exceed thirty days without registration.

  60. InJoy is copyrighted and licensed (not sold). Title is not transfer to
  61. you. You obtain no rights other than those granted you under this license.

  65.    o Use InJoy on only one machine at a time.
  66.    o Have InJoy installed on only two machines at a time. (A single user
  67.      license grants you the right to use one copy of InJoy on a single
  68.      terminal connected to a single computer (ie. CPU). A licensed user may
  69.      use InJoy on different computers, but will not use it on more than one
  70.      computer at the same time.
  71.    o Make one copy of InJoy, for backup purposes
  72.    o Make copies of the original shareware archive you downloaded and
  73.      distribute it, provided you transfer the archive intact having
  74.      neither added nor taken away any data. Such distribution shall be
  75.      totally without cost or obligation by the receiver to you.
  76.    o Transfer the possession of InJoy to another party by transferring a
  77.      copy of the software and a copy of this license. If you transfer
  78.      InJoy you must not retain any copies. Your license is then
  79.      terminated.

  85.    o You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble (except to the
  86.      extent specific laws explicitly prohibit such restriction) or print

  88.      derive a source code for the software. You may not modify, customize,
  89.      enhance or change the Software, nor permit any third party to do so.
  90.      You may not make any derivative works based on the Software. You may
  91.      not change or remove any proprietary markings, notices or labels in
  92.      the software.

  95. We do not warrant that the Program is free from claims by a third party of
  96. copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or any other intellectual
  97. property infringement.

  99. By installing and using this program you accept it as is and with the
  100. understanding that there is no representations or warranty as to the
  101. suitability of InJoy for your particular purpose, and that to the extent
  102. you use or implement this program in your own setting, you do so at your
  103. own risk. In no event will I be held liable for any damages, whether
  104. consequential, incidental, or special, arising out of the use of or
  105. inability to use the program provided herewith.

  109.    o Third-party claims against you for losses or damages;
  110.    o Loss of, or damage to, your records or data; or

  117. NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES

  120. You are responsible for the payment of any taxes resulting from  this

  123. You may terminate this license at any time. We may terminate this license
  124. if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In either event, you
  125. must destroy all your copies of the Program.

  127. If any provision of this license, including the breadth or scope of such
  128. provision will be held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be
  129. invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such invalidity or
  130. unenforceability will not affect the validity or enforceability of the
  131. remaining provisions of this Agreement and such remaining provisions will
  132. remain enforceable and binding.

  135. may not apply to you.

  138. remove the InJoy archive, and all it's contents, from your machine.
