  26.     Both the Microsoft  Internet Explorer  (MSIE)  and  Netscape  browsers    
  27.     afford offline browsing of HTML formatted files.  You will be entering
  28.     a path to the  FAQ into the browser's  address block.  This  will give
  29.     you immediately  access to browsing  this HTML  file without  actually
  30.     being connected  by phone to  the Internet!  A new  toy just  for you!

  32.     Not all functions will be available in the offline mode since no phone
  33.     connection will  be established  during  offline  browsing of  a file.
