  3. WebEtch.zip contains the executable, help file, and two text files that
  4. are used for customizing tags and strings. The text files have been named:

  6. ustrings.tx~
  7. utags.tx~
  8.  
  9. to prevent overwriting any customizations you may have done on the files
  10. from a previous beta.
  11.  
  12. If this is your first install, or if you have installed
  13. to a new directory, run the fixtext.bat file. Failure to do so will result
  14. in an error message when you start WebEtch.
