  7.  - There are many different version of DORINFO1.DEF.  We have
  8.    tried to provide support for as many as possible, however
  9.    if you run the game and get dumped to DOS again :

  17.    Use DOOR.SYS instead.  This problem is known to occur on
  18.    some RemoteAccess systems, which use a different kind of
  19.    DORINFO1.DEF than other systems.  There should be an option
  20.    in RemoteAccess to use the old format of DORINFO1.DEF.  Refer
  21.    to the RemoteAccess documentation for information on how to
  22.    select the old format.

  24.  - WAR-ISLE.ZIP contains Island Warfare by James Hargrave, a
  25.    new scenario for use with WAR!.  Read COMPILE.DOC for
  26.    information on how to compile ISLAND.TXT.

  28.  - Don't believe for a second we're done with this game!  This is
  29.    just a preliminary release to 'test the waters'.  Look out for
  30.    WAR! v2.00 within a few months with MANY more features like
  31.    expanded team play.

  33.  - The author of the game, Dion Loy, resides in Montreal from
  34.    September through April and in Vancouver from May through
  35.    August.  He attends McGill University, so the fastest way
  36.    to reach him in Montreal is through the Internet.  Fidonet
  37.    netmail responses during these months may be delayed as it
  38.    has to be routed through the Internet (dloy@mep.com).  Likewise,
  39.    internet mail from May through August will be slower as it
  40.    has to be routed through to Fidonet =).

  43.    closing down.
