  5. This is a sample Bulletin file.  It is being displayed from within the
  6. LOGIN.CTL control file.
  7.  
  8. You may create your own bulletins and  send them to the caller using 
  9. the SENDFILE command within the control files.
  10.  
  11. The SENDFILE command may be used in the LOGIN.CTL, NEWUSER.CTL or
  12. the BYE.CTL control files.  For more details about SENDFILE, see
  13. the file, QCom.DOC.
  14.  
  15. The keyword, <PAUSE> , used on a line by itself,  causes QCom Host to 
  16. prompt the caller to press ENTER to continue.  Lengthy files will pause 
  17. automatically every 24 lines, so it's not necessary to use PAUSE to handle 
  18. paging.  You may view this file (SYSTEM\WelcomeM.BLT) with an editor or 
  19. file viewer to see how <PAUSE> used.
