  1. Bulletin 3 - Setting up a HyperACCESS/5 Bulletin Board

  3. The bulletin board system you are using right now is a HyperPilot script 
  4. running under HyperACCESS/5.  This script is available to you.  Although 
  5. this particular bulletin board is customized for Hilgraeve's use, with 
  6. minor modifications to the screen displays, it could be your customized 
  7. system.

  9. This particular application is somewhat independent of the built in 
  10. features provided with HyperACCESS/5's Host.  That is, this bbs keeps 
  11. track of its own password and name list.  This allows for an OPEN system, 
  12. meaning that any caller, new or old, can call and become a bonafide user 
  13. of the system, without their name being added to the password list on the 
  14. HyperACCESS/5 Answer/Privleges menu.

  16. Running this script requires version 1.1 of HyperACCESS/5.  It also makes 
  17. use of the email scripts provided with that version.  To use this script, 
  18. go to the files menu of this bbs and download the file named HA5BBS.BCH.  
  19. This is a file batch that contains a file named HA5BBS.DOC as well as the 
  20. script, HA5BBS.HP.  The .doc file outlines the details of using this 
  21. script.
