  2. following forms. Please prefer a RegSite in your own country !

  4. If the Date of the regform is older than a few months, please request
  5. an new regform at the site, written in the regform. Each site has
  6. a magic FIPS_REG to obtain you a current regform !

  23. The *.WRI files are standard Windows Write files, you may open them
  24. with WRITE.EXE which came with your copy of Win95 or Windows NT.
  25. The *.REG files are plain vanilla ASCII-files which can be edited using
  26. the EDIT command in a MS-Dos shell or printed with the PRINT command
  27. in a MS-DOS shell.
