  24.         The area CFOS_HELP shall be a medium for discussion and
  25.         experience exchange regarding the cFos ISDN FOSSIL driver,
  26.         the cFos/2 ISDN OS/2 device driver, the cFos/Win ISDN
  27.         COMM.DRV driver and accompanying programs.

  32.         English is the preferred language, but you may also write
  33.         in German.

  36. ------- Who, What, Why

  38.         Each and every user may read and write in this area. The topic
  39.         of the messages should be heading towards cFos.
  40.  
  41.         There should be *NO* so called 'political' talk in this area,
  42.         so please don't run 'my software is smarter than yours' games.

  44.         There should be *NO* personal attacks (flames).

  46.         Use netmail for messages without public interest.

  51.         The conference is moderated by Martin Winkler and chris lueders,
  52.         the two authors of cFos. The moderators are not intended to be
  53.         elected.

  55.         If one of the members of the conference permantly violates one of
  56.         the above rules, the moderator may suspend him for any given time
  57.         from the conference.

  60. ------- Mail-Requirements
  61.  
  62.         Mail posted in this area should be basically Fidonet compatible,
  63.         ie:
  64.  
  65.         - There should be an origin line near the end of the message,
  66.           which should specify the originating Fidonet address (which
  67.           may be a gateway from another network to Fidonet).
  68.         - There should only be characters between 32 and 126 (bounds
  69.           included) in the message body.

  72. ------- Gatewaying
  73.  
  74.         This area may be gated to other networks than Fidonet, but only
  75.         with permission by the moderator. If the moderator chooses to
  76.         revoke this permission the gateway has to stop transporting
  77.         CFOS_HELP.

  79.         Typically this may happen if the other network's users permanenty
  80.         violate these rules or Fidonet policies or if the gateway causes
  81.         technical problems.
