  19. This program, instruction manual, and reference materials are sold 
  20. "as is," without warranty as to their performance, merchantability, or 
  21. fitness for any particular purpose.  The entire risk as to the results 
  22. and performance of this program is assumed by you.

  24. However, to the original purchaser only, the publisher warrants the magnetic
  25. diskette on which the program is recorded to be free from defects in materials 
  26. and faulty workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety days from the 
  27. date of purchase.  If during this ninety-day period, the diskette should become 
  28. defective, it may be returned to Arapahoe Software for a replacement 
  29. without charge, provided you have previously sent in your limited warranty 
  30. registration card to the publisher or send proof of purchase of the program.

  32. Your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of a defect is expressly limited
  33. to replacement of the diskette as provided above.  If failure of a diskette 
  34. has resulted from accident or abuse the publisher shall have no responsibility 
  35. to replace the diskette under the terms of this limited warranty.

  37. Any implied warranties relating to the diskette, including any implied 
  38. warranties of merchantability and fitness of a particular purpose, are 
  39. limited to a period of ninety days from date of purchase.  Arapahoe 
  40. Software shall not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages 
  41. resulting for the use of this product.  Some states do not allow the exclusion 
  42. or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations 
  43. might not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and 
  44. you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
